Lightweight microfiber and double grommets on each side of the crown will keep you cool. The brim fans from 3" on the sides to 3-1/4" front and back. The fabric is water repellent and the brim is lined with foam so it will float if it cascades out of your canoe. Chin strap and brim in contrasting color. For smaller heads and little girls, we have the Girls Explorer. Interior drawstring adjusts fit. 100% Microfiber. Handwash cold.
