Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Old Town Hat Shop! We want to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one. In a rare instance in which you may need to return/exchange your purchase please note the following:

The Old Town Hat Shop will accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition with tags intact.

Refunds will be given for merchandise only within 15 days of shipment, through receipt of return, written or verbal notification.  If you are exchanging a item, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.  In order to ensure that we receive the item in good conditon, please be sure the packaging is also in good condition and for your protection, you may consider insuring the item.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Every effort is made to ship your order within two business days of receipt. Business days are Monday thru Friday.  You will be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and will receive information regarding shipment date.
