How do I return an item?
Thank you for shopping at The Old Town Hat Shop! We want to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one. In a rare instance in which you may need to return/exchange your purchase please note the following:
Prior to shipping each hat has been carefully inspected for any flaws.
The Old Town Hat Shop will accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition with tags intact. Removal of the tag will VOID any return. Refunds will be given for merchandise only within 15 days of shipment, through receipt of return, written or verbal notification. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. In order to ensure that we receive the item in good condition, please be sure the packaging is also in good condition and for your protection, you may consider insuring the item.
HOLIDAY EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JAN. 2021.
